As we come to the end of 2022 and stand at the threshold of 2023, we caught up with Soumalya Biswas, our AVP of Product Manager at Pine Labs Online. While we chatted with him about all what we did in 2022, we snuck a quick look at his desk which gave us a glimpse of his plans for 2023.
What’s exciting about 2023?
Pine Labs Online plans to roll out some important new products in the coming year, namely:
- Cross-border payments
- Subscriptions
- Payouts
- The Pine Labs Online promotion engine
- UPI autopay
…and a bunch of feature and dashboard enhancements to aid businesses.
If we had to summarise the notes on Soumalya’s desk, 2023 is about the 3 P’s — People, Product and Profitability. Onward and upward!
